The 2026 Cleantech Conference brings together policymakers, industry leaders, investors and innovators to take stock of progress, exchange insights and challenge ideas to help drive Europe’s transformative decarbonisation agenda forward.

The B-Trust Final Event will bring together policymakers, researchers, industry representatives, civil society and other key stakeholders to explore how co-creation and trust-building measures can support biotechnology acceptance in Europe. Alongside the presentation of the project’s results, the event will provide space to connect evidence, share practical experiences, and exchange perspectives on future policy and practice. 

Fevia warmly invites its members, together with the members of Agoria and Essenscia, to an information session on Important Projects of Common European Interest (IPCEI), with a focus on Food & Feed, Biochemicals and Biomaterials. This information session is organised in collaboration with Flanders’ FOOD and Wagralim, and takes place in the context of Flemish and Belgian participation in the European IPCEI initiatives.

Developing products and optimizing processes often involve countless variables - far more than traditional trial-and-error experimentation allows. This approach is slow, costly, and rarely guarantees the best outcome. Design of Experiments (DoE) offers a structured, statistical method to extract maximum insight from minimal experiments. DoE enables to cut on trial costs and more efficient use of test material and equipment. DoE helps to design the right experiments, collect high-quality data, and make informed decisions faster.

For the sixth time, ie-net's expert group 'Chemical and Biochemical Technology' is organising the biennial lecture series eFFECT (events in Flanders Focusing on Engineering and Chemical Technology). eFFECT provides an inspiring platform for cutting-edge technological themes with clear societal relevance. Each edition brings together a unique mix of participants and fosters exchange between industry, academia and R&D in Flanders. eFFECT is thereby evolving into a meeting place where knowledge, experience, and vision come together and reinforce each other.
