eFFECT6: AI and (digitalization)/ robots in chemical industry
For the sixth time, the Chemical and Biochemical Technology expert group is organizing the biennial eFFECT lecture series (events in Flanders Focusing on Engineering and Chemical Technology). The eFFECT6-series has as its theme: "Building a Stronger Tomorrow: a Resilient and Inclusive Chemical Industry in Flanders and Europe".
eFFECT offers an inspiring platform centered around leading and current technological themes with clear societal relevance. Each edition brings together a unique mix of participants and stimulates exchange between industry, academia, and research & development in Flanders. In this way, eFFECT grows into a meeting place where knowledge, experience, and vision reinforce one another.
Each cycle consists of multiple lectures and sessions, connected by a single overarching technologically and socially relevant main theme, carefully chosen to place current and future challenges at the center. Under the theme "Building a Stronger Tomorrow: a Resilient and Inclusive Chemical Industry in Flanders and Europe", this sixth eFFECT cycle once again highlights 4 interesting themes:
