Calls for collaborative innovation

Catalisti brings companies and knowledge institutions together to build innovation projects in chemistry and plastics. We use calls to open those projects up, from a first idea that is still taking shape to a project ready to start.

To respond, email the Catalisti contact named on the call before the deadline, with a short description of your interest and what you could contribute. Together with the partners already involved, we then look at how you can join. Many calls are meant to explore whether there is a fit or a fit can be found. They are an invitation to talk.

Calls for Industrial Partners

For companies across the chemistry and plastics value chain

Companies can get involved in different ways and at different levels of commitment, from early interest to an active role in a project.

  • Call for Interest: an idea at an early stage. Let us know you would like to explore it with us. There is no obligation, but the aim is active participation once the project takes shape.
  • Call for Project Partners: join a project as an active partner, for example in a COOCK project.
  • Call for Advisory Board: join the Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) of a project and help steer its direction with your strategic and market insight.
  • Call for User Committee: follow the project's results first-hand, give feedback and help make sure the research meets real industrial needs.

Calls for Knowledge Partners

For universities, research centres and other knowledge institutions

Here we look for research expertise to drive new projects forward, in programmes such as cSBO, SPARK and ICON.

  • Call for Projects: an invitation to submit and lead a project proposal within a programme.
  • Call for Project Partners: an invitation to join a project that is being set up, contributing your expertise and research capacity.

These calls are not issued by Catalisti, and each listing shows who issued it. How much support we can offer differs from call to call. If you are thinking of applying, get in touch: we can help you explore partners and next steps. When Catalisti actively builds a project around one of these calls, it moves to the knowledge partner or industrial partner calls.
