We are excited to welcome 11 new members to our network: Arrow Carbon, Astracite, Campine, Cargen Group, Holland Colours, Plarebel, Prayon, Prochemir, Qunasys, Rain Carbon, and Tramaco. Welcome aboard! Together, we look forward to accelerating innovation and fostering strong collaborations to advance a competitive and sustainable chemical sector. Learn more about their activities below.

Arrow Carbon

Arrow Carbon is a carbon-to-value technology company turning captured COâ‚‚ into high-value C2 chemicals and fuels. Using a proprietary low-energy catalytic process, they produce C2 chemicals as platform molecules for e-ethanol, e-MEG, and future PtL/e-SAF pathways. Their approach targets cost parity with fossil and coal-based chemistry while delivering deeply reduced carbon intensity. Arrow Carbon is currently advancing pilot projects and partnerships with industrial COâ‚‚ emitters and hydrogen providers.

As a new Catalisti member, they look forward to collaborating with the Flemish chemical cluster to scale breakthrough e-fuels and green chemistry in Antwerp and beyond.

Astracite is a cleantech start-up based in Leuven, Belgium. It develops anode materials for lithium-ion batteries using COâ‚‚ and recycled batteries. Their green graphite-silicon composite offers a higher energy density than conventional graphite, at a competitive price. The company aims to produce sustainable battery materials in Europe, reducing the supply chain risks associated with traditional graphite. Astracite has raised early-stage funding from the Carbon13 fund and several business angels.

Campine

Campine is a leading company in the recycling and specialty chemicals industry, dedicated to produce sustainable material solutions out of waste. With over a century of experience, Campine specializes in the recovery of valuable metals, chemicals and plastics from postconsumer and industrial waste and manufactures herewith new chemicals, such as flame retardants, new plastics such as Polypropylene and new metals, such as lead alloys. Their environmental stewardship and cutting-edge technology allows them to meet the evolving needs of their customers while promoting a circular economy. Their headquarters are located in Beerse, Belgium, and they also operate five sites across France. Campine operates globally, serving a diverse range of industries including automotive, building and construction, electric & electronics, batteries, textiles, etc…

Cargen

Cargen Group BV develops advanced plug‑and‑play filtration solutions based on activated carbon for industrial applications. They support air and water purification, biogas treatment, and soil remediation with high technical expertise. Their solutions are designed for reliable, efficient, and sustainable process purification. With modular systems and continuous technological innovation, they help companies reduce their environmental impact.

Holland Colours

Founded in 1979, Holland Colours is a global manufacturer of high‑quality color and additive concentrates for plastics and coatings, with its head office in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. Together with their customers and partners, they co‑create sustainable solutions. Their focus markets include Building & Construction, Packaging, Coatings & Sealants, and other high‑end applications. As specialists in colors and additives for these markets, they contribute to sustainable industry initiatives.

Plarebel

Plarebel is a non-profit technical knowledge centre/organisation that is the reference in Belgium for anyone looking for information, advice and guidance on all aspects of circular plastics, including circular design and effective recycling. Their mission is to work in collaboration with all stakeholders to promote, develop, stimulate and increase the levels of plastics recycling in Belgium to ensure the transition towards circular economy.

Prayon

Prayon’s main activity is the production of inorganic chemicals starting from phosphate rock as the main raw material. Prayon Technologies is a subsidiary of Prayon that develops processes and sells custom-made production units to manufacture the early steps of phosphoric acid.

Prochemir

Prochemir is developing DataCentric, a data‑centric application for process engineers working in the conceptual design phase of process plants. In this phase, engineers work with data scattered across Excel, CAD drawings, and Word documents, which leads to time‑consuming manual synchronisation and inconsistencies. DataCentric provides a single source of truth in which topology and process data are central, ensuring automatic document consistency and enabling AI assistance. The solution targets engineering firms and project execution teams in the chemical and process industries. Through Catalisti, Prochemir is seeking contact with Flemish process companies interested in acting as pilot partners and contributing to the development.

QunaSys

Qunasys is specialised in developing quantum algorithms to solve complex problems in chemistry and physics. They focus on bridging the gap between the theoretical research and industrial application of quantum computing. Their goal is to improve computational workflows by incorporating quantum-enhanced accuracy into reaction modelling. By providing deeper insights into molecular interactions, they are seeking to enable the next generation of material discovery.

Rain Carbon

Rain Carbon Inc. is a global leader and innovator in the production of raw materials critical to users of carbon products worldwide, including producers of alluminium, steel, titanium dioxide, and a host of advanced materials.

Tramaco

With over 50 years’ experience, Tramaco is specialised in developing innovative, high‑performance chemical foaming agents and adhesion promoters. They offer their expertise to ensure the success of each project. Their experts can select the right product for specific requirements from their comprehensive range of well‑known brands, including TRACEL®, TRAPYLEN®, and TRAPUR®, or develop a customised product when needed. The quality and versatility of their products set the standard for a variety of applications across different sectors.
