Bring your innovation challenge to Chem Meets Tech at SuperNova
On 25 March, Flanders' largest tech and innovation event opens its doors in Antwerp. Thousands of entrepreneurs, investors, and technology pioneers will gather at SuperNova 2026 — and we want your innovation challenge to be at the heart of it. Together with the technology industry, Catalisti is organizing a dedicated matchmaking session connecting chemical companies with the most relevant tech startups and scale-ups in the region.
The concept is simple: you define a concrete innovation challenge, and we do the rest.
✅ What's in it for you?
We carefully select 2 tech & innovation challenges from a chemical company to take the stage on 25 March. If your challenge is selected:
- You get a curated shortlist of startup solutions tailored specifically to your challenge
- You gain direct access to Flanders' widest tech ecosystem — from AI and IoT to robotics, cybersecurity and beyond
- You get visibility in front of a variety of innovators, investors and industry leaders at SuperNova
- You get a free ticket to the Supernova festival
Flanders' tech innovation ecosystem is stronger than ever
Flanders is home to one of Europe's most vibrant and densely connected innovation landscapes. From The Beacon and Leuven MindGate, to Start it @KBC, Wintercircus, imec.istart, Hangar K and Corda Campus - our region is teeming with deep-tech startups and scale-ups that are actively looking to solve real industry problems. Chem Meets Tech is your direct gateway into this ecosystem.
Some example tech domains
- IoT & Industrial Connectivity — Sensors and connected devices collecting real-time data from factories, tanks, pipelines, and logistics networks
- Digital Twins - Virtual replicas of plants or production processes enabling real-time simulation, monitoring, and optimization without physical intervention
- Cybersecurity for OT/IT — Protection of operational technology (SCADA, PLCs) and its integration with IT systems in critical industrial environments
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning — Predictive models for process optimization, quality control, and demand forecasting across production and supply chains
- And many more…
We will be selecting the two challenges with the highest potential for impactful matchmaking, so we encourage you to be as specific and concrete as possible when describing your challenge.
Not selected this time? No problem. For every company that submits a challenge, we will actively explore other collaboration opportunities within our network — so your challenge won't go unnoticed regardless of the outcome.
Interested? Submit your challenge by next Friday 06/03.
