Process Intensification & Electrification Seminar
Ghent, Belgium
The Laboratory for Chemical Technology (LCT) at Ghent University invites researchers, students, and professionals interested in process intensification, electrification, and sustainable chemical technologies to the Process Intensification & Electrification Seminar.
The seminar will bring together experts from Tianjin University, KU Leuven, the University of Antwerp, and Ghent University to discuss emerging opportunities in electrified chemical processes, AI driven process intensification, electrothermal fluidized beds, and power to X processes.
Speakers include:
Prof. Xin Gao, Tianjin University
Microwave driven chemical separation technology: breakthrough opportunities in electrified chemical processes
Prof. M. Enis Leblebici, KU Leuven
AI in process intensification: from optimizing processes to generating them
Prof. Patrice Perreault, University of Antwerp
Electrification of ethylene production in an electrothermal fluidized bed
Prof. Dominik Bongartz, KU Leuven
Modeling and optimization of power to X processes
Registration is free of charge but required
