Plastic Matters focuses on the circularity of the plastics sector, with particular attention to the current landscape and recent developments in Belgium. It once again brings together companies, recycling actors, policymakers and research institutions to exchange insights and foster collaboration in the field of circular plastics.
The previous edition explored, among other topics, the impact of the European ban on plastic waste exports, underlining the need for local recycling capacity and stronger collaboration throughout the value chain. These challenges remain highly relevant and will continue to shape discussions at the next edition.
