Information session: 'Circular by Design 2026' call for projects
To introduce the upcoming 'Circular by Design 2026' call for innovative ecodesign projects, the Belgian Federal Public Service (FPS) Health, Food Chain Safety and Environment will host a recorded online information session on Friday, July 24.
Following the previous circular project calls, the Belgian Federal Public Service (FPS) Health, Food Chain Safety and Environment continues its commitment to the circular transition. They announce the upcoming launch of the Circular by Design 2026 call for projects. Through this initiative, the FPS/FOD Health supports innovative projects in the field of ecodesign. To introduce the call, an online information session will be held on Friday 24 July. The session will be recorded and remain available for consultation afterwards.
This new call for projects aims to support concrete initiatives that are firmly rooted in practice, driven by businesses, and capable of inspiring wider replication beyond the projects themselves. The call aligns with European priorities in ecodesign and circularity, including reducing dependence on critical raw materials, making products more durable and easier to repair, and facilitating the transition towards circular business models.
The targeted sectors are construction, textiles, packaging, and electrical and electronic equipment.
